Louise

Louise aka “Wheezy” is our Labrador mix who joined our team in 2021. She has never met a stranger and is always giving her happy smile. Wheezy is always excited to get in the vehicle and go to work. Her silver color is a favorite with people along with her big smiling face. When she is not working you can usually find her snuggled up on the couch with her favorite toy

Benny

Our big goofy Chocolate Lab who is always happy and wagging his powerful tail. He is always ready to work and voices his dismay if he doesn't get to be the first one to work on the job.

When he isn't working his favorite pastime is playing Frisbee and wrestling with the other dogs on our team.

Sarah Rodeheaver - Sarah has always had a passion for working with dogs and horses.  She started training when she rescued her first dog, a Doberman Pinscher named Pockets.

Sarah began by working at a kennel in order to learn from the owner, a very strict German woman who trusted her to train and show her dogs.  Hungry to learn, she took as many classes and seminars about dogs as she could. She began competing with her personal dog in 1988. She has experience and titled dogs in obedience, agility, rally, tracking, Schutzhund, French ring sport, and trick dog.  She’s also been a mentor-trainer for the Animal Behavior College.

In 1995 Sarah opened Dog Zone LLC - a dog training, day care and grooming facility in Battle Creek, Michigan. In 2011, Sarah started handling bed bug dogs for Bed Bug Investigations.  Since 2015, she became owner/handler/trainer for K9 Bed Bug Hunter, a scent-detection service used in hospitals, public buildings, apartments, and private residences.  She has also completed a Diabetic Alert/Medical Alert training course with Debby Kay and have trained several PTSD service dogs.

Sarah shares her home with her Dobermans “Fire” and “Brinx”, along with her bed bug dogs.
